At Tates Creek Paving, we stand behind the quality and performance of our services. This warranty agreement ("Warranty") represents the commitment of Tates Creek Paving to our valued customers:

Warranty

One year conditionally guaranteed against deterioration and breaking out of asphalt on new paving. No guarantee on growth of vegetation or gas and oil leakage causing pavement to break up or heat cracks due to weather conditions. No guarantee on water puddles or areas holding water. All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from specifications involving extra cost will be executed only upon written orders and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents, or delays beyond our control. Our workers are fully covered by workman’s compensation insurance. Contractor assumes no responsibility for injuries occurred from slick surface or finished sealed areas. Due to voids or settling under concrete sidewalks or aprons, Tates Creek Paving, LLC is not responsible for damage to existing sidewalks or aprons by equipment. Legal fees and expenses incurred in the collection of monies owed according to this contract will be borne by the customer. Warranty will be void on new paving if seal coated by another contractor.
